PUC Pumpers
Today’s fire departments told us what they want in a first response vehicle. A vehicle that dramatically reduces operational steps. Make it safer to use and operate. Provide easy access for easier servicing. Allow for better organization with more compartment space. Design greater conveniences to work faster, and all in a rig that’s still highly maneuverable. Plus, eliminate the pumphouse so the truck can be built around your needs and not the pump. To accomplish all that – well, no one could accomplish all of that. Until now. No more compromises. PUC — the Pierce Ultimate Configuration — changes everything.

Rescue Pumper
Nobody offers more designs and flexibility than Pierce when it comes to designing a pumper for your specific needs.
|
Mini-Pumper
The Pierce Mini-Pumper is custom engineered and built to give you everything you need to take on almost any emergency, all in a compact package. Built on a rugged chassis, this apparatus delivers the ultimate in quality, reliability and safety for initial response, wildland and urban interface, EMS and rescue operations.
|
Rear Mount Pumper
The Pierce Rear Mount Pumper is a fully integrated vehicle that features a body engineered to make your difficult job a little easier.
|
105' Heavy Duty Ladder
Has the same capabilities as the 75' ladder, including a rated load capacity of up to 750 lb., with a longer reach. A replaceable egress fly section, H-style stabilizers, and an optional, patented Quick-lock waterway are just some of the features that set these ladders apart.
|
100' Platform
Sets the industry standard for performance. Its strength and stability begins with a welded torsion substructure that is bolted directly to the frame to transfer all torsional and horizontal loads away from the chassis and body.
|
Pumper Tanker
When your department needs require an all-purpose vehicle to perform the dual roles of water transport and on-the-spot firefighting, Pierce brings you a variety of powerful options.
|
Hawk Wildland
Created specifically for handling wildland and urban interface response. Multiple configurations can take firefighters into off-road terrain.

Velocity™ | Custom Chassis
We listened carefully as firefighters from across the country told us about practical things that would make a truck easier to use. And we took notes as they identified safety, maintenance and performance improvements. We wrote it all down and then turned a team of engineers loose with one goal: make it happen. We take credit only for building it. All of the ideas came straight from firefighters.
Velocity™ advances the way fire trucks are designed and built in five critical ways:
MORE INTERIOR SPACE
STORAGE & CLUTTER MANAGEMENT
IMPROVED SAFETY & VISIBILITY
SEATS
EASIER MAINTENANCE

Impel™ | Custom Chassis
Each community has its own unique needs. A fire truck designed and built for one department may not necessarily be the best configuration for another. So Pierce is partnering the new Velocity™ chassis with Impel™. The Impel was designed with many of the advantages and options available on Velocity, however it is powered by a medium block engine. This configuration provides a price-conscious chassis. As part of the Velocity generation of chassis, the Impel is able to provide improved cab space, enhanced visibility through a single-piece panoramic windshield and the safety and comfort of PS6™ seats, but without the premium operator’s console and other features standard on Velocity. IMPEL — Performance On Your Terms
EFFICIENCY
Impel begins with a base model design and configuration, including a medium block engine and transmission to deliver outstanding performance efficiency.
FLEXIBILITY
Departments have the option of sticking with tried and true components and systems or selecting upgraded options. Impel’s baseline model includes barrier doors, painted interior finish, a conventional console configuration, round headlight bezels, optional chrome grille or stainless steel trim band and a painted front end.

Quantum® | Custom Chassis
The world’s most advanced fire apparatus gives you more control and technology where it really counts. A combination that can only come from Pierce. Since its introduction, the Pierce® Quantum® has been the standard for performance and technology in the fire industry. Only Pierce has the experience, engineering expertise and manufacturing capability to provide a chassis with unprecedented features like those found in the Quantum. This goes beyond simple cosmetic enhancements. Pierce understands how you move, drive and work, and they used that knowledge to engineer a chassis that stands up to the demands of the job.

Arrow XT™ | Custom Chassis
The Arrow XT was engineered with a utilitarian approach that will meet the needs for both the big city and the rural fire department.
|
Saber® | Custom Chassis
You have specific department needs but a strict budget. The answer is the classic Saber®. Configurable as a pumper, rescue or Sky-Boom™ aerial, this affordable custom chassis was the first of its kind introduced into the fire service. The Saber will give you the performance and security you need – and right on budget. Unlike a commercial chassis, the custom Saber is built for firefighters from the ground up. It offers a choice of two engines, and an impressive host of options including all-wheel drive and two raised-roof heights. Its cab-over design allows shorter wheelbase trucks for superior maneuverability – without a loss of interior space. With thousands of Sabers in service from California to Connecticut, it’s no wonder this chassis has earned such an awesome reputation.
